Is it to benefit residents of the United States illegally for Advertisers Forum of illegal online gambling on sports?
In other words, say, an Internet forum Owner lives in Chesapeake, VA decides to take money from advertising online gambling sites as illegal by the U.S. Department of Justice Would not that his sides benefit from that illegal gambling will break some federal laws? It is illegal now for an offshore gambling site to do business with U.S. residents. Would It will benefit not a resident of the United States by the illegal promotion of these illegal sites to U.S. citizens who post on his forum?
This is my opinion: Well, if the person (s) in question are strictly advertising, it's not against the law. If they are advertising products illegal, of course, it is illegal, or if they are directly involved in every area of the site.

What is the current (February 2010) the legality of online gambling in the U.S.? I know there were many laws in recent years, however, find this information gets mixed up and inaccurate.
