We have video casinos here in North Carolina, these legal /?
We have five or more video casino sites here in Raleigh. They are very addictive and my Mom, like many others, is addictive. She has been told that they are legal. I say they are not and are something like the recently banned video poker. I want that they banned anyway, because it is painful to see spending these poor people what little money they have, and the payment is not so much.
If they are there legal. It is not forbid cool stuff, just because a few people have a problem. If this were the case, no alcohol, food, CIGS, gambling, etc etc would ever exist

Are there any poker sites, the option to Pay Pal as a payment method?
Paypal will not allow it, not the websites. The new laws in the United States represents it is illegal for a company (such as Paypal, which is a huge business in the U.S. through e-bay, etc.) to make funds from a U.S. citizen and an online gambling site transferred. All of them would probably Paypal, if they could, but there is no way Paypal is the U.S. business at risk in this way would be. You have to handle in a small, shady companies of this type to find the transaction. Good luck with that – I would suggest that you just held in Las Vegas . Come Safer, legal and more fun!
