Have you ever asked yourself this question really play, why poker?
Do you think it is the challenge, competition, money, social interaction, Gambling or just the love of the game?
I'm sure you can play poker for many different reasons, other than just for fun or for money. As seriously you are a better poker player? Can you improve your poker skills when you work with some poker goals themselves assigned?
Some people believe that if they only practice something enough they will eventually improve and get better. This may be true, but look for dominance and excellence requires a little more than a little Exercise. Until you know exactly what you want to achieve, you have little chance to get where you want to be. Of course there are many ways to achieve your goals Poker, but if you do not know what these goals are poker, as you can possibly achieve.
Some people play poker for the social interaction, some for money, some for poker league points, but how many actually developed set achievable realistic goals to improve their poker skills?
Me personally, I do not think as much as I want to play, but since I see writing this blog and work on this site, I find I get a thrill out and listen to different players. I love the banter, consisting of her mouth. I laugh at the one trying to imitate the pros on TV. It is quite amusing. Ego and pride are often the way to see the fun, and is harmful for many players to get wealth.
But I have goals, if I get the chance a tournament on the first match is the most important for me, I need to have fun. I enjoy the game and never want to see it become a chore. I write my Blog because I enjoy it and it helps me achieve my goals, so if I want to make sure poker, I enjoy it too. There is no job and I will never play cards have to look either. Unfortunately, getting some poker players so caught up in the need to improve and to succeed, they forget to enjoy the game for what it is.
My second goal is always something to learn about the game, an opponent or even yourself. I look forward to my body language skills and improve see if I can pick up on any number of poker tells as I can. I find I have the most fun when I'm in a mischievous mood and I'm looking for someone to Poker Tells and I do my best by surprise. You can turn almost the lights when they believe they have your say ready to buy. Then it's just a matter of playing with them. It may sound cruel but half the fun is being able to read people.
Then I get some challenges, I am in a tournament to small targets on the way to achieve.
One thing I am sure those who are at the table and know why they know what they are reached too often, to record a plan and a Idea of what and how much do they want out of the game. Yes, you can make various poker strategies and techniques, but you should try a poker destination, you Repertoire.
As it often hear … "If you fail to plan, plan to fail"
It is time to realize your poker goals and work Figure out what you want to achieve from the game. Make a plan and put strategies in place to achieve your goals. You need a clear target and plan, just say I will make the final table is not enough. You must make it clear what you do want to achieve these goals. And even thought it is not enough. Try to write Your goals, a journal of short, medium and long term goals.
You can host tournaments and results you have, the books you have read and plan to keep reading. Also records of the money to improve your poker skills spent in comparison to your entry fees and SNG money (profits and Losses).
Only you can make it happen, you can not use other people to target, nor anyone else can plan your goals. It is time to plan your success. You can only blame luck, the cards and the opponent's poor play that long.
