Where the courts at the online poker are at the moment?

I know it was an appeal to the original law that a decision was in July at the time extended, got it. Does anybody know when will come the final decision, or is there even a date? Any opinions, if they go, are in line Online Poker to be successful?

There are actually several bills now progressing through both Houses of Congress on the subject of online poker. Some want a carve-out for poker, mahjong, etc, because they are games of skill, while others, to eliminate the UIGEA altogether.
