I want to make an online business, but need to know if my idea is legal?
Basically I want to make a type of website gambling would go a raffle that count. Where can I find all the laws and the laws, the companies could my power? Where can I get the gambling license? Is there anything I need to check on its legality?
Look at existing gambling / casino site, please use the details on the company and Look through public records, etc. all for information related to them. It is not easy, it's not cheap, set up such a website. Aside from the necessary permits and licenses need, software development, servers with high bandwidth, contracts and legal advice and online-payment service. I know of a similar attempt three years ago, where the company involved in London-based investing tens of thousands of pounds, but eventually folded without ever began. It is altogether not easy.
